BALANGASAN BRIDGE

Balangasan Bridge located at Pagadian City-Zamboanga City road, The location is considered to be flood prone specially during rainy season, The Balangasan creek is one of the main drainage of a ground water spillage coming from the mountain and also human wastes from the vast houses from Balintawak and Balangasan District.
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) awarded the project to EC Structural Composite, Inc., to retrofit the column, top & bottom slab.
The Tyfo® Fibrwrap® systems was applied in Balangasan Bridge to increase the strength transportation infrastructure.
