This Commercial Building is located at North Avenue, Quezon City which accommodates a growing number of shoppers every day. To provide a more convenient shopping place for the Filipinos, they were undergone a series of improvement on their cooling system.              

They purchased additional cooling cell and construct an additional cooling tower at the roof deck of their Generator room. Due to additional loads, the roof deck was subjected in structural retrofitting and strengthening using TYFO FIBRWRAP SYSTEM technology through application of TYFO SCH41 Carbon Fiber to strengthen the beams shear and moment capacity located below the cooling tower.
