This port was subjected in repair and retrofit due to improve the existing facility and to fight deterioration that will able the area to withstand another years of operation.

TYFO FIBRWRAP SYSTEM technology was introduced to strengthen and retrofit the selected areas through application of TYFO SCH25A, Glass Fiber with TYFO SW Underwater Epoxy to protect it against corrosion.

EC Structural Composites, Inc. completed the strengthening and retrofitting works in 215 working days.
