This deck and pier are built in year 2002 and located at Tondo, Manila. These two piers were damaged by Typhoon Pedring in year 2011. Due to these damages, the deck and pier were subjected into retrofitting and strengthening using TYFO FIBRWRAP SYSTEM technology through application of TYFO SEH25A, Glass Fiber and TYFO SCH41 at damaged piles, pile cap, beams and slab.
