Batangas Provincial Capitol is an old structure located in the town proper of Batangas.The columns are repaired because of the continuous crackings at the center of the said structure. By using Tyfo SEH41 Carbon Fiber with Tyfo S Epoxy and Tyfo SEH51 with Tyfo S Epoxy, the structure is strengthened.
